All information given to us either by Candidate or Client is treated confidential as per the sensitivity of situation, position, & task assigned.

We work for social cause, as we do not charge any money from candidates. And from our revenues, we are glad to donate to blind schools and other organizations in related fields and involved in making world a better place.
Service Charges:
- Upon selection of a candidate recommended by us, we charge a professional fee of 12.5% of gross annual compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis till Sr. Manager Level.
- In case of Asst. Director & Above our professional charges would are 16.66% of gross annual compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis, of the said candidate.
- Service Tax & any statuary levies attached to Service Tax will be extra as applicable by Central Bureau of Excise & Customs, Government of India.
- Payment: All payments to be made vide Cheques / DD's in favour of "Times Biz Solutions Pvt. Ltd". Invoice will be raised from the date of candidate's joining the company & should be paid with in 15 Days.
- Replacement: In an unfortunate event, if a candidate placed by us leaves the organization on his/her own within three month of joining, we shall provide a replacement free of charge; subject to conditions on which grounds the candidate has left.
- In case of Specific Advertisements, charges for advertisements are to be borne by the client & will be billed directly to them by the Advertisement agency. This will be in addition to the charges mentioned below & will be specially sanctioned prior to any expenses incurred. Conceptualization & design of the Ad – content, entire Short-listing & interview schedules will be our responsibilities in coordination with the client
